Dawn Morgan, RHU Ms. Morgan has 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry and has been with CFBS since 1992. Her experience in self-funded health plans for small groups is second to none. She has excellent relationships with numerous agents in our marketplace, and has a tremendous command of presentation and sales skills. Ms. Morgan has researched and presented CE programs for various industry associations and agencies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Topics covered in her courses include HIPAA and COBRA Regulations, self-funding, advanced self-funding, managed care, Maryland small group reform, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and legislative updates. She has been a leading performer and Vice President of Sales for many years with CFBS.
